Home Care Services

Health & Home Services provides personal, one-on-one care by trained, non-licensed personnel for medically stable clients who can self-direct their care.

In-Home Aides also serve as homemakers, companions and in-home or in-hospital sitters.

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living

• Assistance with Bathing, Grooming, and Personal hygiene
• Basic housekeeping - sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping
• In-home washing, drying, and folding client's clothes
• Cleaning and tidying the bedroom & making the bed
• Personal companionship
• Personalized specialty services

Tuck-In

A comforting preparation for a secure nights rest.

• Bedtime care visits by a Certified Nursing Assistant. (Two hour maximum per visit)
• Assistance with evening grooming and preparation for bed
• Medication Reminder
• Tuck-in for the night
• Courtesy phone call to family if requested
• Privately reimbursed on a per visit basis

Rise and Shine

• Personal Care Visits (Two hour maximum per visit)
• Daily Bath or Assistance with Bath
• Fresh Bed Linens
• Dressing Assistance
• Shave, Hair Care, Grooming
• Clean Bedroom & Freshly Made Bed
• Medication Reminder
• Courtesy Phone Call to Family if Requested
• Privately Reimbursed
